The short answer is yes.
If you have purchased 2 or more of our items, you can add a new purchase code on the “My account > My purchases” page. After that, you will be able to submit a new support ticket for all items.
However, note that if the support package you purchased with our item has ended, then you will not be able to submit a new ticket for this item. You can find more info about this on “Support package has ended. Can I extend it?” page.
