I don’t have an account on Envato Market sites. Is there any other way to get your products?
Unfortunately there is no other way to get our items! We sell exclusively on Envato Market sites and you can’t download them from somewhere else.

First of all, thank you very much for purchasing our items. Of course we can help you with any problems that are related to our items. Just use the “Support” page or read more info below. Note that you will need a purchase code from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon in order to get access to support.
What is user’s verification?
User’s verification is the way to verify that you have purchased our items from Envato Market. If we can’t verify your purchase, then you will not have access to support and we will not be able to help you solve any problems. Note that we provide support only to verified users! To verify your purchases, just create a new account on this site.
Documentation & Support
New: Are there any other ways to get access to support?
Yes, you can use the item’s “Comments” page on CodeCanyon or ThemeForest. Just use the account you used in order to purchase the item and leave a comment. We usually reply in 1-2 days. Otherwise, you can send us an email and include the order number you can find on the invoice from CodeCanyon or ThemeForest.
Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes, we provide documentation and support for all items that are currently available for purchase. However, note that we provide support only to verified customers and only via our support page. Documentation comes with every item in the .zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon and it is also available online through our website.
How can I get access to support?
First of all, you will need the purchase code from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon. After that, please visit the “Submit a ticket” page to create a new support ticket. Note that we reply to all questions within 1-3 working days based on the workload.
How can I verify my purchases and get access to support?
In order to verify your purchases, you have to visit the “Register” page and add the purchase code from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon. If the purchase code is correct, you will be able to create a new account and submit a support ticket. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us via email!
Can I add more that one purchase codes?
Yes. If you have purchased 2 or more of our items, you can add a new purchase code on the “My purchases” page. After that, you will be able to submit a new support ticket for all items.
I can’t submit a support ticket for some items. What can I do?
If you can’t submit a support ticket for one of the items, then it seems that the support period for this item has ended. You have to extend or renew the support package from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon in order to submit a new support ticket.
For how long do I have support access?
It depends on the support package you purchased for every item. By default, we provide support for 6 months, but you can extend this period by purchasing a support package. Note that you will not be able to submit a support ticket for an item if the support period has ended!

Yes, just visit the “Extending and Renewing Item Support
” page on Envato Market for more info. Note that you will not be able to submit a support ticket for an item if the support period has ended!
Which license do I have to purchase?
You have to choose between 2 types of licenses: a Regular
or an Extended
license. You can read more about these licenses on this page
on Envato Market.
Can I include JT Extensions in themes that I am going to sell on ThemeForest?
Yes, but you have to do a few things before uploading your theme:
- You can use our extensions only in themes sold on ThemeForest.
- You need to purchase an extended license for each theme you release.
- You handle support requests related to our extensions from your buyers. However, we provide support to you in order to integrate our extensions in your product.
- You have to add a link to our extension’s page on CodeCanyon on your product’s description page.
Note that you can’t use JT Extensions on projects you are selling on other marketplaces. Please, contact us for more info if you have any questions.
